Meet Aaron

During his high school years in the Lynnwood/Edmonds area, Aaron discovered his lifelong passions for martial arts and physical fitness. That plus his drive served as the basis for a successful 13-year career as a personal trainer.

Aaron met his wife Karen at the gym, but it didn’t take the pair long to decide to try something new together. They picked real estate because they both really care about people, and both felt that this career would provide the challenge they both need for fulfillment and the flexibility they wanted to maintain in their active lives. Aaron also really likes finding solutions to problems. That’s a good thing, he says, because most deals have a few hiccups.

During their first year as agents, Aaron and Karen worked for a small company on the Eastside.  With a view to the future, in 1999 the couple joined forces with Windermere Woodinville under the tutelage of Broker, Will Bruce. The first five years at Windermere, Aaron and Karen worked separately, honing their general knowledge and developing individual strengths. In 2004 they decided to pool their resources and work together as a team.

Four years later, Aaron was recruited to lead the office as Assistant Managing Broker. Further recognized for his leadership, knowledge and problem-solving ability, Aaron also serves as New Agent Mentor at Windermere Woodinville.

Aaron has honed a niche, working with investors and coordinating commercial leases for companies on the Eastside.

These days Aaron is the father of two beautiful young daughters. Just as with their real estate partnership, Aaron and Karen share the challenges and the joys of active family life. He also continues to keep in shape and keep stress at bay through the practice and study of martial arts.

Aaron’s keys to success?

“We keep trying, we don’t give up. We make sure the client is well taken care of and informed. We work with banks and lenders to make sure the deal is done right.”
