We will provide the best service possible for every client we represent. We will never tell a client what they want to hear if it is not reality. We will never enter in to a client relationship where we know what is expected of us can not be done in good faith. We will never enter into an agreement with a seller who is unrealistic in regards to the proper pricing. When hired to sell a client's home, we will always make recommendations that can assist their home's value or help reduce its marketing time even if it means telling them things that they do not want to hear. We acknowledge that we may periodically lose business because we are truthful with our clients and our competitors will tell them what they want to hear to temporarily get their business. We will always remember that to have winning relationships with our clients, we must always have a mutual goal.
We will never lose sight that our honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are what makes us so very different from the real estate masses. Our services will always be made available to the public. We will always utilize a well-trained staff to assist us in the complex home selling process. We will prioritize our time so that we are only working with people who are either buying or selling real estate. We will always treat all parties honestly and fairly, and we will always offer our properties without regard to race, color, creed, religion, sex ancestry, national original, handicap or family status. We will always promote the best interest of the owner, we will obtain the best price for the owner, and we will always disclose to the owner all facts that might affect or influence their decisions.

Dedication, Honesty, and Integrity
Open and honest communication, a tireless dedication to fulfilling the needs of their clients and a commitment to educating their clients about the real estate process. That describes the foundation upon which Aaron and Karen have built their successful, nearly 7 year-old real estate business. "We strongly believe in educating our clients on the real estate process and how the market works," says Aaron. "At the same time, we listen carefully to what our clients want and don`t work on our own agenda." Aaron and Karen started out with another real estate company, but switched to Windermere after 8 months. "We wanted to be at an office that had the same values as us," says Karen. "Honesty and integrity are important to us and we know that it`s the cornerstone of our relationship with clients." The Zehms work strongly with both Buyers and Sellers, and understand that buying or selling a home is an emotional process. Because of that they are committed to making every effort to be accessible at all times to meet the needs of their clients.
Professionalism
The Zehms work both Seattle and The Eastside, the condominium and residential markets, with Aaron specializing in working with clients looking for investment properties and Karen specializing in relocation. "We know both the Seattle and The Eastside markets and how each one ticks," says Karen. In addition, both have taken staging training and investment property analysis training. Aaron is E-Pro certified-a technical program that trains real estate agents to make the most of technology and the internet to best serve and keep in communication with their clients.
Knowledge
Washington natives, both Karen and Aaron Zehm are not only familiar with why people want to live in the Pacific Northwest, but also why many of those who leave, eventually return. For those looking to relocate to the Greater Puget Sound region, Karen has experience working with Chamness Relocation. She has handled transactions for Microsoft`s Internation relocation for nearly 5 years and has had to become very familiar with many neighborhoods. "My relocation clients often don`t know the area or where they want to live," says Karen. "I have to be knowledgeable of many areas so I can help them make an informed decision when it comes time to decide which area best fits their needs."
Commitment
Karen and Aaron share a very active lifestyle and the discipline and committment required to sustain their active lifestyle has them well-prepared for the rigors of real estate. Aaron had a previous career as a personal trainer and his other fitness interests include weight lifting and martial arts. Karen is currently the Social Chair of the Eastside Runners Club and is currently training for her fifth marathon. The Zehms are also active in another way, in their commitment to enriching the community in which they live and work. Karen is the Woodinville Windermere office`s volunteer coordinator for the Windermere Foundation. Both Karen and Aaron also participate annually in the Windermere Community Servic Day in which agents in every community served by a Windermere office work on several projects to improve their local neighborhoods.
